Shaw Family Medical welcomes Latosha Young, RD, LD of Professional Nutrition Services. She will be providing
nutritional services to patients on-site at Shaw Family Medical on Tuesdays beginning January 8, 2019. Referral forms for other providers that would like to refer patients will be located
on the clinic’s website at www.shawfamilymedical.com
She can provide nutritional counseling/medical nutrition
therapy for diagnoses such as obesity, hypertension, high cholesterol, chronic kidney disease, diabetes, food allergies, and many others. Welcome to the team Latosha Young!!
